Building or remodeling a home should feel exciting, not stressful. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with Centura, from the first conversation to the day you move in.
The Six Steps

Discovery Conversation
We start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. You share your vision, your timeline, and your budget. We share what's realistic and how we typically approach a project like yours. Whether you're considering a new build or remodel, this first call is strictly about clarity and visioning your idea, no commitments and no hard sell.

Site & Plan Review
We review both your land and plans. If you have neither we will assist you through thar process. Also if you have an existing home you're remodeling, we will assess it. By the end of this phase you'll have a preliminary budget, a base schedule and a recommended path going forward.

Design & Pricing
We collaborate with your architect, or ours to finalize plans, then build a detailed, line-item budget. You'll know what every dollar is doing before we break ground or start demolition.

Selections & Pre-Construction
You meet with our builder to lock in finishes. fixtures, cabinetry, and the details that make the home yours. We finalize the schedule, pull permits, and prep the site. Everything is decided and ordered before we start construction unless you choose a house already under way in which we can help you select finishes.

Construction
Building Begins! You'll get weekly progress updates, and milestone updates through one single point of contact. Also we would like to have you the client do a walkthrough once framing is complete in order to write your favorite bible verses on your walls in order to bless your home. For remodels, we phase the work in order to keep your living arrangements as comfortable as possible. Visit anytime - It's your home!

Final Walk-Through & Closing
Before closing, we walk every inch of the house together in what is called a "punch walk". Anything you flag we discuss and fic if needed. After move-in, out builder warranty has you covered and we are still just a phone call away. For spec homes, our realtors will assist with a easy and smooth closing process.
